Terms of Sale and Delivery
Please note, images of artworks are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a an artwork and the actual artwork sold.
Delivery and framing charges are not always included in the price of artworks on our site. Delivery and framing options and related charges like custom tax will be presented to you as part of the order process.
For unframed special edition prints, the delivery charge is included in the retail price and is through Royal Mail 48 hour tracking service. For other artworks and publications the delivery is through DHL Fine Arts services and is added to the retail price at check out. In special cases due to the size or weight of the artwork we might use other reliable carrier services. We will provide carrier details and tracking number once the artwork has been despatched.

All artworks purchased will typically be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier used. However, this may take slightly longer, particularly in the case of pre-ordered framed works. We will always keep you informed of any delays during this period.
In the unlikely event that we do not accept or cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you by email to the email address you provided when submitting your order. If we have taken payment, any such sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
We reserve the right to change prices from time to time and as necessary.
We may pass your contact details to the artist whose work you are purchasing unless you ask us not to at the time of purchase by emailing us at [email protected]
We will be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of our breach of these Terms of Sale or as a result of our negligence. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. If such an event arises, we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible, and we will take all reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
Refund Policy:
Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if would like a refund. If so you can get in touch with us at [email protected]
Artworks must be returned in perfect condition, including in their original packaging and with the Certificate of Authenticity you received with the artwork, where applicable, within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to accept any returns that are missing their Certificate of Authenticity.
We cannot offer refunds on the costs of framing or delivery.
We cannot refund VAT or customs charges.
As we are a small independent business, buyers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items. Please be sure to send the artwork using a fully recorded delivery service with appropriate damage cover as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged on their return journey.
If the artwork has been damaged by you or is damaged by the
courier company you use to return the artwork we will not be liable to agree to a refund and we will not be able to process a refund.
Once we have safely received the artwork we will process your refund. Refunds for returned artworks will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods in our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
Damages:
If the artwork is damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours at [email protected] and include images of the damage so that we may make a claim with the carrier. We will ask you to retain the artwork pending investigation.
If your claim is accepted, we will offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement depending on the type of artwork and damage.
If you choose a refund, you will be reimbursed via the same method of original payment without undue delay and within14 days from the day on which the you have been informed that you are entitled to a refund.
Please note that you will not be eligible to claim under this clause if we informed you of the fault(s), damage or other problems with the goods before you purchased them.
Cancellation:
All requests for cancellations or adjustments must be made within 12 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests made after this time.
Privacy Policy:
We understand that your privacy is important and that you care about how your personal data is used. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our website, qap.digital, and only collect and use your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. Any personal data we collect will only be used as permitted by law.
This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our site. Our site may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.
This website uses Cookies and similar technologies in order to distinguish you from other users. Before Cookies are placed on your computer or device, you will be shown a pop-up requesting your consent to set those Cookies. In order to process any payments made on our site, we work with third party provider Stripe and therefore facilitate the sharing of your Financial Data with Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy can be found here: Privacy Policy (stripe.com)
We may share your adress and mobile number with the carrier services like DHL, Royal mail etc. We will not keep this data on our own servers. You will never recive a text message on your mobile phone from qap.digital.
We may also, share your personal data with artists with whom we work, subject to their compliance with our commercial agreements.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will from time to time send you notices by email. All such emails sent by us will include an unsubscribe link with which you may opt out at any time. It may take up to 14 business days for your new preferences to take effect.
